Direct Sales and Shipping

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products sold on Hunter’s Edge, LLC. Web Site. Each individual is responsible for determining that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase of Big or Small Game Hunting Accessories.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside of the United States, or to US territories, APO addresses, freight forwarders, or overseas mail forwarding services. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Product Orders

  • All orders are charged in full at the time the order is processed.
  • All ship dates are subject to change upon availability.
  • Our policy is to ship all orders complete.
  • Out of stock items will not be available for purchase, until said items have been placed back into inventory on our Web Site.

Order Processing Times (When will it ship?)

We process received orders daily during our normal work week of Monday – Friday. We observe weekends and national holidays and do not ship during those periods. The timing of your order will affect when it ships. Please see the information listed below.

UPS Ground Residential

  • Orders placed before 11:30 am EST will be processed and shipped out the same day.
  • Orders placed between 3:30 pm and 11:59 pm EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

Orders are shipped within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground® Services.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. We accept returns or exchanges in the case of damaged items or wrongly received items.

To return or exchange an item

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact the Customer Service Department at Hunter’s Edge, LLC., to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Their direct email address is 

Returns must include:

  • Copy of Original Receipt
  • Reason for Return: Exchange, Refund. If an exchange is requested, please indicate your the desired replacement item, and note that additional shipping cost will be incurred if a the replacement item is shipped out.
  • You’re shipping and contact information
  • The Return Authorization (RA) number must be printed on the outside of the package and included inside the package

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items that are used, not in original packaging, or otherwise not in new, sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from Hunter’s Edge, LLC., Customer Service Representative at If approved, a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) percent may apply.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. On exchanged items, the customer will also be responsible for covering the shipping costs of sending out the replacement product, except in situations of a defective product, in which we will cover shipping both ways. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
